Coach Justin is our strength and conditioning coach. Coach Justin has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years professionally. He started his training journey at 13 years old to get stronger, ose weight, and get faster for baseball and football.
He specializes in weight loss, strength training, sport-specific training, team training, and small group training. He has trained many professional, Olympic and collegiate athletes including MLB, NBA, NFL, Tennis, Soccer, Boxing, Lacrosse, Volleyball, and Softball. He has worked with a wide variety of athletes, kids, handy-capable, special populations and terminally ill.
He played collegiate and semi-professional baseball where his passion and hunger for training truly began. Justin is a TRIBE Team Training Master Coach and travels North America certifying trainers to implement successful small group training programs for health clubs.
He has over 12 different fitness certifications himself. Justin believes the main way to influence people is to lead by example. He knows discipline, consistency and focused effort are what lead to results in any life endeavor. There are no short cuts in any sport or profession, so just do the work!
